Feeling sluggish? There could be a multitude of reasons why. However, sometimes it’s simply because you need to analyze your life in the past 12 hours or so.
As an ambivert, I love spending time with close friends and family but I have to admit that I look forward to getting some alone time just as much. This fuels me for work or social outings coming up and without it, I wouldn’t have the energy to even strike up a conversation.
On the other hand, as an extrovert, like my hubby, you may get your energy by having others around you. Or as an introvert, you may need more alone time than most. No matter what you consider yourself to be, it’s so important to know yourself and to respect your own needs for your wellbeing as a whole.
